Health is very important. if we have good health so we can enjoy each and every moment of our life. But if we do not have good health then we can not take any advantage of life.

I feel that health should always be the number #1 priority in everyone’s life. Talking from productivity’s and time management’s perspective, if you’re not feeling well, that means you are not performing well either. Being healthy increases your productivity. At least I have noticed that if I’m healthy, I’m the most creative and productive person as I can be.

When it comes to anyone’s health, we always say “Health is Wealth”. So, everyone should take their health as their first priority for their life.

Staying healthy means to maintain the well-being of our body to remain physically and mentally fit which is a very important part of a healthy life. It can affect you physically, mentally and emotionally. When your body changes when you start growing with age and you have to deal with things like school, exams, jobs and family, staying healthy can really help you.

 What are the best ways to stay healthy?

Staying healthy is the necessity of life to remain healthy we need to follow different steps that are very important to stay and keep you healthy are:

  • You should maintain a healthy weight or a balanced weight.

An average human being should have to follow a properly balanced diet routine to maintain a healthy weight. The balanced diet should contain a proper amount of proteins, vitamins, carbohydrates, fats that will help the person to remain fit and healthy.

  • Do exercises and yoga regularly.

The physical activities like doing exercise and yoga make the body physically fit and relieve mental stress that makes the person physically as well as mentally.
  • Do not smoke and also not consume alcohol.

Smoking and Drinking decreases body health. The person consuming alcohol and smoking cigarettes may harm the lungs and other respiratory organs which can lead to losing immunity and can even lead to lung and respiratory cancer.
  • Always try to eat a healthy diet.

To remain fit and healthy a person should preferably take a balanced diet containing a balanced amount of vitamins, carbohydrates, fats and protein that makes the body healthy and fit.
  • Do not consume much amount of beverages or soft drinks.

Cold Drinks and other beverages like coca-cola, Pepsi contains high amount caffeine level and contain lots of sugar content that can affect the physical health of a person.

  • Drink lots of water at least 10-12 glass a day.

To live a healthy diet a person should drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily to maintain the water level of the body and to safeguard the body from dehydration.
  • Avoid stress and sleep at least 7-8 hours daily.

Taking proper sleep is very important in life that helps the person to relieve stress and fatigue of the whole day. The sleep of 7 to 8 makes the body relaxed and healthy.
  • Follow a proper daily routine, this will help you a lot keeping your body healthy.
