What do mean by term ‘Health’?
The term Health includes physical fitness and mental fitness that makes the human being free from the diseases.
The sole purpose of life roams around Health, it is the major necessity for the poor as well as rich people. If a person has to live a healthy life he or she has to take a balanced diet, do yoga or other exercises regularly which helps everyone to remain fit physically as well as mentally.
Why health is important?
Health is very important. if we have good health so we can enjoy each and every moment of our life. But if we do not have good health then we can not take any advantage of life.
I feel that health should always be the number #1 priority in everyone’s life. Talking from productivity’s and time management’s perspective, if you’re not feeling well, that means you are not performing well either. Being healthy increases your productivity. At least I have noticed that if I’m healthy, I’m the most creative and productive person as I can be.
When it comes to anyone’s health, we always say “Health is Wealth”. So, everyone should take their health as their first priority for their life.

What are the best ways to stay healthy?
Staying healthy is the necessity of life to remain healthy we need to follow different steps that are very important to stay and keep you healthy are:
- You should maintain a healthy weight or a balanced weight.
An average human being should have to follow a properly balanced diet routine to maintain a healthy weight. The balanced diet should contain a proper amount of proteins, vitamins, carbohydrates, fats that will help the person to remain fit and healthy.
- Do exercises and yoga regularly.
Do not smoke and also not consume alcohol.
Always try to eat a healthy diet.
Do not consume much amount of beverages or soft drinks.
Drink lots of water at least 10-12 glass a day.
Avoid stress and sleep at least 7-8 hours daily.
A person should follow a proper plan to live a healthy life i.e. he or she should eat food on a particular fixed time, do the exercise and yoga regularly to remain healthy.
