The A1C test gives the average glucose level of blood for the past three months. The patient can eat or drink anything before taking the A1C test. The A1C test results were inaccurate to the people suffering from anaemia.   • Random Plasma Glucose test (RPG)
RPG test

The Random Plasma Glucose test (RPG) is done when the doctor, diagnose any symptoms of diabetes. In this type of test, blood is taken out and is tested to measure the glucose level in blood. The patient doesn’t have to fast for taking the FPG test, it can be done anytime.
