Exercise removes stress and gives energy which makes your whole day energetic. Best time to do Exercise or yoga is in the morning but if you get up late, try to do exercise in the evening. It promotes the growth of new brain cell (neuron).

If you are learning through video lecture or online classes makes your own notes.
